4. Scrutiny & Verification — Reviewing authorities examine submitted documents and schedule a physical site visit.
5. Expert Evaluation — A subject-matter panel evaluates academic readiness, faculty strength, and infrastructure compliance.
6. Approval & Affiliation — Institutions that clear evaluation are granted affiliation, which may be permanent, provisional, or conditional.
