Who Can Apply

Any legally registered educational trust, society, or company that meets the following institutional, infrastructural, and academic conditions may apply for affiliation under the National Affiliation & Academic Partnership Portal. Eligibility is assessed at the time of application and re-verified at every renewal cycle.

Institutional Eligibility

• Legally registered entity / organization (Trust, Society, or Section 8 Company)
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience
• Sufficient infrastructure and academic resources
• Qualified and full-time core faculty
• Commitment to academic policies and code of conduct
• Adherence to data protection and privacy guidelines

Infrastructure & Academic Standards

• Adequate land, built-up area and classroom facilities
• Well-equipped laboratories and learning resources
• ICT-enabled classrooms and digital infrastructure
• Library with e-resources and reading facilities
• Student support services and grievance redressal system
• Compliance with safety, accessibility and sustainability norms

Financial & Governance Eligibility

• Audited financial statements for the preceding 3 years, showing stable financial standing
• No pending statutory dues to central, state, or local regulatory bodies
• A functioning governing body / board of management with defined roles
• No history of affiliation being revoked or suspended by another regulatory authority

Who Should Not Apply

• Institutions currently under investigation for regulatory or financial non-compliance
• Institutions unable to demonstrate the minimum 2-year operational history
• Applicants who have not yet secured mandatory state or local body approvals
